Legacy Cannabis Duluth started as Legacy Glassworks in 2010 originally located in Downtown Duluth. This shop started with Josh Wilken-Simon slanging his cousin Sloth’s pipes and introducing the North Woods to locally-made glass – planting the seeds for legalization to come.
